Is there an expiry date for applying the PSG?Yes. The PSG support for AC360 Armour will be phased out on 30 June 2025. However, AsiaCloud is actively exploring PSG support for our other solutions to continue helping businesses enhance their cybersecurity and data protection. Can I apply for PSG if I’ve already purchased the solution or signed a contract?No. PSG applications must be submitted and approved before any payment is made or contracts are signed.

How long does it take for PSG applications to be approved?Approval timelines vary, but it typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. We recommend applying early to avoid delays, especially with the upcoming 30 June 2025 phase-out for AC360 Armour.
